Scientific Name: Acanthopagrus australis
Size and Bag limits: Legal size 25cm and 10 per person
About: Yellowfin Bream are commonly caught up and down the East coast of Australia and can grow up to 60cm/4kg.
It takes Bream 22cm/5years to mature and as the female grows they can produce tens of thousands to 6 million eggs a year.
There diets consist of crustations, crabs, small fish and prawns.
